Refund Policy

Effective date: October 5, 2026

This policy covers the Buddy program, the only thing Battle Buddy sells. The addon and the desktop app are free. It's part of our Terms of Service (section 8), and it's offered by Battle Buddy Addon LLC.

Who you buy from

Paddle.com is our reseller and Merchant of Record. When you subscribe, you buy from Paddle, which handles payment, billing, tax, invoices and refunds. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the purchase, together with ours.

Prices

• Monthly: $4.99 a month
• Yearly: $49.99 a year

Sales tax or VAT is added where it applies, and shown at checkout.

Refunds

• Your first payment: if you're not happy, email us within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked. This applies once per customer, to the first payment only.
• EU, EEA and UK: you also have the withdrawal rights described in Paddle's buyer terms.
• If we take away something you paid for: if we make a change that significantly reduces what you've paid for, or close your paid account when it isn't your fault, we'll refund the unused part of your current period.
• Anything else is at our discretion. Refunds are processed by Paddle, back to the payment method you used.

Cancelling

• Cancel any time on your account page (Manage subscription), through the link in your Paddle receipt, or by emailing us.
• Cancelling stops future payments. You keep the Buddy program until the end of the period you've paid for.

Email contact@battlebuddy.info from the address on your account, or reply to your Paddle receipt.
